25 Years on the
Press Floor.

Built From the
Press Up.

My career began in 1995 as a Flexo Print Operator apprentice — on the press floor, not in a classroom. That foundation shaped every subsequent engagement. The distance between a documented process and a functioning press is where real expertise lives.

Over the following decades I progressed through technical management and senior advisory roles, working with global FMCG brand owners on packaging development, quality assurance, and supply chain compliance. Supervised press installations across Europe and the Middle East. Mediated technical disputes. Trained operators across 15+ countries.

What defines my advisory practice: fluency in both languages that matter in this industry. The language of the press floor — viscosity, cell geometry, Delta-E, ESA calibration. And the language of the boardroom — ROI, CapEx justification, supply chain risk, and regulatory compliance.

Every deliverable I produce is required to work at both levels simultaneously: practically implementable by operators, and financially defensible to management. That dual-audience discipline is non-negotiable.

"Currently based in Istanbul, serving clients across North America, Latin America, and Europe. Remote-first for audit and planning. On-site when the press demands it."

"Every recommendation must work on two levels:
practical on the press floor,
and defensible in the boardroom."
